From the representative
We run four restaurants in Umeda, Osaka, each serving something different — yakiniku, yakitori, bistro food, horumon. The signs above the doors are different, but what we care about underneath is the same in all of them.
What we want to build is not simply a place that serves good food, but a place where people connect — somewhere you leave in better spirits than you arrived. We intend to keep making that, together with our staff, our guests and this neighbourhood.

How we work
The restaurant floor decides
A company like ours is only ever the sum of its individual restaurants. Rather than head office writing a manual for every restaurant to follow, the staff of each restaurant create that place, for that day, for the guest in front of them. We leave those decisions to the floor wherever we can.
