Horumon — the offal cuts — is what Osaka does better than anywhere else in Japan, and it is what this restaurant is built around. Each cut is matched to one of three house-made sauces rather than served with a single generic dip. It is a small, loud, backstreet place, and on Friday and Saturday nights the grills stay on until 2:00 am.

Open until 2:00 am on Fridays and Saturdays
Monday to Thursday and Sunday the kitchen runs to 23:00; on Fridays, Saturdays and the day before a public holiday it runs until 2:00 am. Useful when everything else in Umeda has closed.
Counter seating, or the whole 2nd floor
The ground floor is counter seating, which suits solo diners and pairs. The 2nd floor holds 17 at tables and can be reserved privately for up to 18 guests.
